Structural Colour: Iridescence

Exploring Structural Colour

Meet Paul Evans, Andrew Parnell, Stephanie Burg and Adam Washington, the artist and scientists behind the Structural Colour: Iridescence project.

Along with the chance to find out more about this fascinating topic at first hand, there will be a selection of intriguing specimens to handle and observe; including examples of animals that exhibit iridescence and 3D print outs of the photonic crystals that create structural colour.

This event is suitable for all ages.
