Strictly Nano

Strictly Nano Dancing

Now you can learn science through dance.

This performance incorporates different styles of dance which bring to life research on the environmentally friendly manufacture of nanomaterials.

Every day we use nanomaterials. But their production is bad for the environment. So what if we looked to nature for inspiration? This video provides an insight into the eco-friendly alternative to nanomaterials manufacturing.

Strictly Nano Dancing is part of the research project SynBIM, which is sponsored by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) and led by the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.

The SynBIM project offers an eco-friendly alternative to current wasteful methods of nanomaterials manufacturing.
